Oamaru North School seed save and give the garden worm juice

Oamaru North School had some broccoli plants go to seed over the summer holidays. We waited until they were well dried out and we saved the seed and scattered lots in the garden.

To our surprise this week the garden was full of small seedlings.

 Students upcycled some old drink bottles to dilute the worm juice and fed it to the seedlings.
